GUNNECEK (Ataturk) PARK
It is located on the Marmaris gulf just opposite of Icmeler. Gunnuk trees are the richest oxygen producers of the world and are found only here and California. There is a beautiful picnic area and a beach with a shallow sea.
TASHAN-KEMERLI BRIDGE
It was build in 1522 between Marmaris and Mugla by the order of Suleyman the Magnificient.
PHYSKOS
The Carian city Physkos is located on Asartepe at the north of Marmaris. During the period of Alexader the Great it was linked with Rhodes. The walls of this city are from Hellenistic Age and are
still visible.
